HolyPay Refund Policy

Refund and cancellation terms vary by merchant and are listed in the Fine Print on each merchant campaign profile page. By paying with HolyPay, you agree to the applicable HolyPay and Merchant terms as detailed in the campaign fine print.

1. In-Person Transactions (Physical & Mobile Businesses)

Purchases made in person (including at brick-and-mortar locations and mobile/onsite businesses) are final sale and not eligible for refunds, unless the merchant’s Fine Print explicitly states otherwise.

2. Subscriptions & E-Commerce Transactions

For subscriptions and online/e-commerce purchases, refunds, cancellations, and returns must be handled directly with the merchant in accordance with the merchant’s stated refund policy and Fine Print.

If a refund is approved and processed:

  • the original transaction will be reversed, and

  • any donation generated by that transaction will be reverted (i.e., withdrawn/returned as part of the refund reversal).

3. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants are solely responsible for honoring their refund, cancellation, redemption, and return terms as stated on their merchant campaign profile page and applicable policies.
